Sturdy and Clean Looking
I added this organizer to a home office desk and it looks a lot cleaner than the stack of papers I previously had piled in the corner. The installation was a breeze, took about 5 minutes. The organizer itself is very sturdy at this point, although I only have papers and folders, no books or binders so I cannot vouch for heavier items. The added drawer and pencil cup are a nice touch to just bring everything together and give you a place for those odds and ends. Overall, worth the money to keep things organized.

Perfect, exactly what I needed!
This is super helpful, very sturdy (as you can see with all my binders) and it has really helped me organize my paperwork. I can fit 10 1/2” binders so tons of storage capacity.

One part was broken, but I think I can fix it
See photos: pretty sure this little piece is supposed to be welded to the side piece of the organizer. It came broken off. Consequently, the organizer doesn't have the right support on both sides and currently leans a bit. BUT I happen to know someone with a garage full of tools, and I think we might be able to find a creative solution.Beyond the broken part, the organizer is very good. I do wish it came with enough dividers in the drawer to use *all* the divider slots if I so chose, but the product page was perfectly clear that there are only 6 dividers and the drawer works just fine for me. I saw reviews complaining that the shelves come out when you take stuff out; it's true they're not secured, but I haven't known them to slide out. The shelves also have a brand texturing where the mesh is pressed out to form a pattern (the company logo), but I've put my shelves in with the textured side DOWN, so there's less friction with their contents. Maybe that's why they're not sliding out on me.The pencil/pen holder is perfect, I love that it doesn't secure and instead magnetizes to the side, so you can choose which side to put it on. Currently, it's holding the remote control to my desk lamp.Number of dividers aside, I also love the drawer. I've already almost filled it (one compartment in the back for the backup screw, etc that came with the product, one large compartment for the eraser cloth for my RocketBook & microfiber cloth for Windexing my computer screen, 3 small compartments in the front for mechanical pencil accessories: eraser replacements, lead). This is by far the best organization of the little office "knick-knacks" I've ever had. That's about all I have to report right now. I'll update when/if I'm able to fix the little piece that broke off.**Update**See new photos. I added structural support: a light plywood board now attached to the back. I drilled holes and threaded little wires through the mesh and around the organizer's side supports to attach it. I added an extra wire to support the broken part and superglued the broken piece in place. (A photo of the type of glue I used is also included. Yes, I've put way too much time and care into this review...)I can see now why the piece broke off in the first place. Note in photos, the rod welded to the top of the back mesh piece, which ends on either side as the hinge for the little broken piece. It's not centered. I think that this put added stress on the joint, leading to the piece breaking off.I'm still happy with the product--it was a fun little project, engineering a solution and better structural support. And the organizer itself is everything I'd hoped for. All's well that ends well.

Sturdy and not "cheap looking"
The directions are good and all parts were present. I was proud when I did it myself when my husbandgrew frustrated with it. (He was not well that day.) But it is not like it comes out of the box ready to use, so only marked three stars as a caution to all thumbs people. It was a welcome addition to his cluttered desk top with five levels to sort files and papers neatly. The bottom tray is good for office miscellaneous - paper clips etc - and you can configure the size of thecompartments as suits you. You could use it for handy sorting until the documents go to theirfinal "home" in the filing cabinet, trash, whatever.

File tray Organizer
I like the size of the file tray, and with 6 tiers it's plenty of space for my paperwork. It's in the corner on my desk at work. The girls here at work have asked me where I got it. I told them Amazon! Overall and very good product!
