Tera! Tera! Tera! So Crazy, Yet So Lovable...
Tera Patrick, a former model, is one of the most beautiful women ever to appear in pornographic movies. If you're more than a casual watcher of adult films, you know already that she is a diva, a self-professed "pillow queen," the type of porn actress that doesn't participate with much enthusiasm, other than to look stunning. What's so surprising is how lovable and human she comes across in this book. Tera takes us on a fast-paced narrative of her journey from teen model to porn star, to nervous breakdown, to porn star again, to the mature woman she is today. Reading the story, it felt like it all happened so fast, which is probably how it felt to her. This book is for a much wider audience than horny young men. What sets this book apart from all the other tiresome celebrity memoirs is Tera's adorable drama queen nature. Before you read this book, she sounds like the standard formula for porn girl - started in nude photos, got into porn, got into drugs and alcohol, married another porn star. The difference is when Tera writes about her experiences, she contradicts herself. She loves sex, and then she admits she's not really that into it. (Which viewers have probably figured out from watching her performances). She's proud of her work in porn, yet she won't watch her movies and she discourages other girls from entering the industry. She makes blunder after blunder, yet she's still standing. Tera does not come across as the typical jaded, hardened porn star, nor does she glamorize the industry. She is a huge storm of femininity; her contradictions and tender humanity, even her craziness, is all oddly lovable. If this is the kind of book you would never read, then read it. If it's the kind of book you love, it might be more than you expected.Note to kindle readers:This is either the perfect book for the kindle, or the worst. The good part is you can read this guilty pleasure with glee without anyone knowing what you are reading. The not-so-good part is the book has a lot of photos. However, the photos look surprising clear on the kindle, and of course even better on the kindle app for the PC. The pricing is also higher than a typical kindle book - what can you do? You money is keeping a girl from doing more porn movies.

Fun raw honest bio on the statuesque porn beauty Tara Patrick!
Always been a fan of Tera and even met her at the AVN porn awards in Vegas many years ago. She was super nice and sweet to me...and all her fans. This book is a great fun read that chronicles her life starting back with her volatile abuse from her mother during her childhood....her wildchild party girl youth as a teen model, and her introduction to nude modeling and porn. Also covers her fixation with "rocker types" and her marriage to a rock musician. This book has lots of cool pics and the book cover actually contains a mini poster. And surprisingly so of the pics in the book have light nudity (showing her butt and tits) Being a black man who also loves asians, and who loves asians in porn even more...this was a fun read and great insight into her crazy drug fueled life that covers everything to her bad business deals, her nervous breakdown, her admittance to a psyche ward and her reinventing her career and creating a muti-million Dollar business! Reading between the lines....i strongly suspect Tera might be a little racist as she NEVER worked with black talent or other minorities. She never even mentioned being attracted to other asians or even dating asian men. She is totally a hard core "europhile" (attracted and fixated with only white male rocker-biker types) But despite my minor biased complaints, i highly recommend this book. Overall..this is a good, fun and interesting porn bio!

Beautiful, intelligent and powerful
This was a fun read and gives a lot of insight into the porn industry. Parts of the book were written badly and makes you wonder where the editor was when this book was being made. I love the fact that Tera is a bookworm. One thing that stands out about this book is that essentially the entire second half of the book is dedicated to her (then) husband and then at the end of the book there is a small section where you find out that they are not even together anymore. And she dedicated an entire chapter to when she lost her dog. I'm a dog lover as well but that's a little too much. It was nice to read about her patching things up with her mother.

An Enjoyable Read That's Intimate and Compelling
My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed reading Sinner Takes All, and we found it to be a real page turner . In this memoir, Terra Patrick (with Carrie Borzillo, the writer) just puts it all out there about her life and how she came to be who she is. The book was better than anticipated, it is well written, in depth, and moves quickly - it's a hard one to put down at times. There is also lots of B&W and color photos of Terra interspersed throughout the book that add to her story and its context.

What a woman....
I am fascinated by the porn industry, its a money maker, many are consumers, many rock up yet few strive, it doesn't seem to be a career choice folks would leap at in their dreams and many find barriers to other dream careers post porn. This was a refreshing read, i have read a few others Traci Lords, Jenna Jameson, Jennie Kersham and most lean back to the broken home/daddy issues/abused sexually or emotionally. Its fair to say there are a few milestones that led Tera into the path, but man alive her is a REAL hot woman that just loved to bone, it made me wish i was one of her conquests. It didnt serve her up as a victim of anything excpet a lack of business nouce when she signed her contract, there is no dark tales of drugs, abuse nor explotation, just a woman in a 'man's game'(?) enjoying the sex and makign a killing.I hear she is married to some Italian Attorney now, with a kid, living a quiet life and i am delighted for her (and him - lucky boy !!) she played the game, made her money ....AND god knows made her mark ! and got out.I am sure the feminists/woke would not serve up a story of porn as inspirational but man alive no onestwisted this girls arm, she wasnt dependent on meth or powder, she was ruler of her own decisions and kingdom and she ruled.Well done Tera, except the bit about Evan (i saw a sad ending coming) I enjoyed this book. I see he is getting noshed off now be another girl in the industry where as you had the grace to retire on top (no pun intended)Great book, great read, great woman...

Didn’t expect much from this book but I was wrong. Tera Patrick is highly entertaining as an author and has some great stories. Worth a read

Nice!
Okay, der Text ist nicht der interessanteste und viel liest sich wie eine Lobhudelei auf Tera's Ex-Mann Evan Seinfeld, im großen und ganzen aber eigentlich für echte Terafans ein Muss!

An Interesting Read - Pulls No Punches
Of books written by rock stars and other adult industry performers, I found this to be a refreshing read. Ms. Patrick pulls no punches and provides a tell-it-like-it-is account of her choice of profession and the journey she has endured to date. As opposed to glossing over things, she is direct. Was an interesting Saturday afternoon read.
