It gives a good shave, but.
I bought a new Gillette razor with 5 blades in the U.K. they lasted over 2 years, so I ordered a batch in Pune. The standard appears to have deteriorated a bit. Im not sure if it's the blades or the lubrication strip that is to blame. The new blade doesn't glide through the bristles as well as the previous batch. I guess the temperature may have affected the gliding capability of the blade ..

I felt it performs better than earlier version of Fusion Blades but its early days still, will know for sure about it longevity in another two weeks or so

Just the brand, no quality
Gillette lost it's quality touch. They are just looting customers on the brand name. As my father used to this brand i am purchasing for him.
