if I want to wear just one at a time do I have to wear only the right? Or can I switch between the two?

From the Jabra Elite 75t manual: [section 6.5] "Mono earbud use: The right earbud can be used on its own for mono music playback or for calls." It is unfortunate that you cannot use either the left or right individually. I am on the phone all day. Not being able to switch ears occasionally can become uncomfortable. 7.5 hours of battery life does not generally apply when making calls. Plus, constant charging/discharging of just the right side battery will quickly shorten it's life... leaving you with a healthy battery in the left earbud, that you cannot use on it's own. :( I was really hoping Jabra would address this, especially given the Elite 75t are Bluetooth 5.0 (Airpod V1 did it with Bluetooth 4.0). My search for the perfect earbuds, for audio and calls, continues...

Will I be able to use each earbud independently?

when i wear both cearbuds and then take off the left earbud from ear some 6 inches away, the sound will be out from the right. Putting the earbud bud within 6 inches from the left ear will bring the sound back. I updated the firmware as of dec 20, 2020, still the same thing. very dissapointing cannot listen to one of them once both are out from the charger. I can listen to the right only when i started with the right earbud (and keep the left on the charger)

How are these for the gym?

Pretty awful. I wear these on the treadmill. They collect skin, wax etc in the sound channel so you have to clean them out to hear anything. With a freshly cleaned set of earbuds they work well for 5-10 minutes then the sound goes to almost nothing. I have completely clean ears (Qtip comes out clean every day). I think the issue is that the sound pressure level is extremely low given these are shoved deep into your ear hole. The earbud sound channel is less than a millimeter across, so once the slightest amount of moisture or sweat bridges that <1mm sound channel poof sound is an inaudible whisper. No amount of jiggling rapping or head shaking will fix it until they are clean and dry again. These are garbage. The sound quality isn't as good as an around the ear model and they are far more sensitive to moisture, dead skin, etc. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Circumaural aren't great for the gym due to the sweating/heat. These Jabra 75t are complete garbage. I have some AirPod Pro's on the way, we'll see if they are more tolerant to the gym environment.

How long is everyone getting out of a single charge

I'm getting about 3-4 hours on calls which is disappointing. I was expecting longer as advertised. My 65t perform about the same, not seeing the claimed advantages with 75t upgrade.
