German WWII MP 40/MP40 SMG Canvas & Leather Carry Case, MP40 Schmeisser (GET Free MP40 Sling)

I have an ATI GSG-MP40P and was interested in transporting it to/from the range in a bag designed as closely as possible for it. This replica of an actual historical Nazi German MP carrying bag is authentic, high quality, and fits the GSG-MP40P well. Its magazines and speed loader fit in their respective pockets perfectly. The canvas and leather materials seem tough but are very good looking... in fact, this bag received several compliments the first time I brought it out to the range!Of note, the rectangular leather patch in the middle of the bag was originally designed to protect the canvas there from being worn down by the charging handle while the bolt is closed. However, with the way the GSG-MP40P in particular is designed, the leather patch does not line up with the charging handle. (Though mostly obscured in my customer image, I tried to illustrate where its charging handle ends up compared to the leather patch when the firearm is encased.) This is not a major issue and I would expect that "real" MP40s will line up properly.The included free sling — attached to the GSG-MP40P my photo as well — is a nice touch and is of similarly good quality. However, when I received mine, I had an issue with the included small metal button/rivet that made it come undone too easily and often inadvertently. I contacted WARCRAFT EXPORTS who were very attentive and, despite the sling being a "freebie" included with the bag, worked with me to resolve the issue. Instead of just sending me a replacement rivet, they ultimately sent me a whole new (black) sling! I ended up attaching the originally (brown) sling to the bag since it also happens to match the bag's leather and it looks great.All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase, WARCRAFT EXPORT's craftsmanship, and especially their customer service. I highly recommend it for anybody looking for a bag for their MP40-style firearms, replicas, airsoft guns, reenactment props, etc.

Excellent value and durability. Leather pocket straps seem a bit big but you can punch another hole if you want. Overall it's very cool and the weapon strap is awesome once you figure out how to attach it. No instructions for that but a simple Google search and good to go. Use a video.

Having read previous reviews about having to add new holes to the closure straps, I was a bit apprehensive. However, when looking at the item and trying my mags in the pouches, I found by adding a small amount of old t-shirts (cleaning rags), I was able to fill the gap and get a snug fit and still use the straps unmodified. Pretty decent construction and sewing with virtually no odor. Fit my GSG MP40 pistol great and closed easily. Great product so far.

I can't comment whether this is historically accurate but it's a near authentic enough looking case for my Umarex replica. It's good quality and tough. Plus, it came with a gun strap which I also needed.

I have a real MP-40 SMG, the reinforcement for the charging handle is in the wrong place

It was what I thought I wanted for my mp-40 replica .22lr.... but there is a reason there are sturdier, better made cases now. I prefered the updated kind to this.If you're looking for authenticity, this is great. Otherwise, function over form in this case for myself.

Well made of heavy canvas. My MP40 fits like a glove. For the money you can’t beat it, very satisfied with the overall quality.

Would not let me return the product at all cause I returned my gun for this and ordered this by mistake cause it was in my cart. Company didn't offer me anything in exchange other then to enjoy my bag lol. Huge waste of $70 for this
