I ordered this seasoning after Kmart closed in Anchorage, AK - which is where I used to get the product. I was pleased with the price since I have not yet found it in any other stores in Anchorage.

Dales is a great seasoning. It was delivered quickly and the price was the best that I have found on line.

Dale’s Sauce never disappoints! Any meat benefits from a soak in this bath! Don’t like the wild taste of deer? Marinate it in Dale’s! And it’s gluten free (unlike soy sauce).

Been using it for years when my husband first picked it up to try in another store. 14 years later, it's a staple in our household of mostly grilled cooking. We buy it by the case, never by the bottle and only online since it's not available in stores near us. We have gone from using soy sauce or Worchcestershire plus seasoning to marinade to almost exclusively using this.It is powerful, not a marinade to soak in overnight, but that works great for us since we work long days and dinner is usually a last minute choice. I have used it on all types of meats, some seafoods, slow roasts, BBQ, frying pan, vegetables, injected into a whole pig on rotisserie, you name it and never am disappointed as long as you don't use too much. The strength is also a nice thing because it's not a scam to make you use a lot, having to buy more often.

Was introduced to Dales on the East coast by some camping buddies of mine a few years ago and fell in love with it. When I moved away from the East coast I couldn't find it anywhere in local markets. Thankfully Amazon has it. I keep it in stock and use it on steaks and for saute'd mushrooms mostly, but it's also good with pork or chicken. You don't need a lot of it, you don't need to leave it marinading for very long and it adds just the right amount of flavor and salt. If you leave it overnight you'll have super salty meat (which I eat anyway because, well, not going to let that steak go to waste am I?) but 30-45 minutes is where I like it best. It's also great with mushrooms and makes a killer chicken stir fry when used in moderation.

I cannot live without this marinade/seasoning. :-) Hard to find sometimes so get it on Amazon! Steaks - marinate for half hour or overnight - incredible. Chicken - same thing - incredible. Fish? Same thing. I used it on salmon and grilled. Use a plastic container or bag, fill it up with every veggie that you want to stir fry, steam, or grill - shake it, and it's amazing. I think you get it now, so I'll stop. Have I said "amazing" enough? Get it now and friends and family will think you're worthy of working with Chef Gordon Ramsay.

I have used this product for a number of years since introduced to it by a chef. It helps give the meat a mature taste that is enjoyed by anyone who comes to the house to share a meal. I will continue to buy and use it. I enjoy it and have never had a complaint from friends or family.One caution - be sure that you shake it well before using. If not all the spices and salts remain on the bottom of the bottle resulting in excessive salt and seasonings when using the last half of the seasoning.
