What can one day about melatonin?I've tried several brands. A melatonin connoisseur one could say. This brand works exceptionally well, pleasant taste and easy to take. 1 take 2 tabs and not only fall asleep within 20 min, but stay asleep most times. I will continue to use this brand.

Got this to help me fall asleep. This makes me tired and helps me fall asleep and sleep longer before waking up. I tend to wake up 3-7 times a night and when I use this I wake up less often and feel like I get a better night sleep.

The increased dosage help us to fall asleep, and we appreciate the bulk size bag. The taste is not bad, its about like chewing on strawberry flavored tums.

Do not work.I have been taking Melatonin for a while and thought to change brands to see if I was still getting the most benefit from it. I tried this brand. Garbage. I normally need 10mg of my now staying brand. I went up to 60mg of this product and am feeling nothing while writing this. I’m upset I waited so long to say something because I can’t return them now. DO NOT BUY

I have tried several melatonin supplements but this one works the best for me. One 10 mg and I sleep so much better. If you struggle with sleep issues, give these a try.
