I have extremely sweaty feet to the point where I cannot wear heels or sandals. I put these in my size 10 heels and they were perfect. They were the right size and absorbed my sweat. It was almost like wearing socks with my heels. This is the first product I have gotten that has made me comfortable wearing heels again. They stick pretty well to the shoes but I have only worn them once so I can’t speak to the adhesion but I loved them while I was wearing my shoes

These work great in all of my summer shoes with which I wear no socks. Keeps feet dry. Fabric is thin so they will not make your shoes feel tighter. They do not last forever though. Depending on how much you wear a certain shoe, of course, they do wear down and can get a little smelly and so you'll just replace them.

The grip is fine. Was actually very impressed with it. I sweat on my feet so this is a decent solution. Just be mindful that your sole will get really sore if worn for too long. The grip area is very rough and can cause irritation/mild bruise. Like i said i sweat alot on my feet, and on day 3 the adhesive came off. I kinda knew that would happen so purchased extras.

These are lifesavers for summer shoes. They last a decent amount of time before you have to replace them. Very good adhesive - only a few times an edge on one might have trouble staying down. Sometimes the wool felt will pull off bits of itself, but this is minor and does not compromise the absorbency. Tremendous improvement for sweaty summer feet. Shoes do not smell.

I am a fan of the Summer Soles very thin suede like insoles; have been using them and gifting them for years because they are so comfortable and keep feet from sliding forward in heeled sandals. I thought I'd give these cousins a try for the extra cushioning. These are indeed ultra absorbent! Apparently I don't have very sweaty feet because these made my feet feel hot and dry. The wool like fabric also fuzzed up after I'd worn them for awhile. I'd guess these would be great for folks who tend to have sweatier feet than mine. I'll stick with the very thin suede like ones and layer them over a cushioning insole when extra cushioning is needed. This brand offers great products; just find the one that works for you and enjoy!

There is no size mentioned in the description. Just to let you know that I wear ladies size 9 and these fit without any trimming. If you are a larger size, you may wish to reconsider. These work as advertised and I am happy with the performance and feel.

I live in Arizona and wear slides for most of the year due to the heat. I ordered these because I hate the way my feet sweat in my slides. I could only peel the backing off on one of the three pairs. I decided to try them, they did adhere well to my slides. It isn't that hot here yet (90's) and they were sort of slick but not bad. After 4 days of wearing them for about 4 hours per day they started to fall apart under my toes. I peeled them off today and of course had to scrub the slides to get the adhesive off. Not a great idea if you live in hot climates and go outside often. A big waste of money.

I purchased these Summer Soles Ultra Absorbent Stay Dry Insoles for my sandals that I wear to work. I have several pairs of sandals, and I have purchased several pairs of these insoles to go in them. I got the "shoe peeling off of your foot" sound before I bought these insoles - so embarrassing and gross! After adding these Summer Soles insoles to my shoes, it's like I am a new person. No more sweaty feet sounds, these help the air circulate and keep my feet drier. Once you stick these in, they do not move around. It says they are removable, so that's good. I am so happy to have found these insoles! Thank you!!
