Taste Wonderful But Arrived Broken
The cookies arrived smashed. They taste great, weren’t stale, and are high quality. Unfortunately they weren’t properly protected and arrived in pieces. I wanted to use them for a dessert, but I was unable to do so due to their condition. I gave 5 stars because it wasn’t the company’s fault they weren’t shipped properly.

Favorite snack cookies
I love these cookies and subscribe to get them monthly. I'm a diabetic, but these are low sugar, so I can eat a few! They don't break, unless the package is treated roughly (as in shipping), they're just the right size, 2 bite and not crumby. They stay fresh in their package, even after it's opened. And I love the texture, which is slightly crunchy without being too hard.

Is it worth ordering cookies on line if they will arrive in pieces?
The cookies are fine. I always liked them. However, the packaging is such that they mostly arrive in pieces. I understand , cookies are brittle, but maybe they should not be sold if they can not be shipped intact. I also understand it requires special shipping and handling to get them safe to their destination. In my case they are not coming from too far away, as I see the delivery vans on the freeway when driving into town in the morning.
