Excellent Quality and Customer Service
This product is every bit as good as the original manufacturer one. I have bought a few of these by this point, and they have all worked perfectly.Additionally, the customer service is great. The product was damaged during shipping, but there were some issues returning it and it caused it to get lost somewhere. Totally not Crucial Air's problem, but they took it upon themselves to expedite a new one for me regardless. Will continue to buy from them as long as I have the air filter.

So far so good (day one review)
Bought a single filter to test (will be buying 4-packs later, but it's still a pretty sizeable discount). Just received it and swapped out an official one after 4 months (the last month has been brutal what with the neighbor's cat causing mad allergies). Looks more or less like the original one and the air in my apartment is a notch better than it was with the old used filter. Time will tell if this one holds up to the ones Blueair themselves make.
