Great product
Great foam roller than does its job. The roller is firm and thus seems to resist deformation. Great for people with IT band issues.

Good initially but not durable
Internal plastic pipe opened up in half from the joints, less than a month from purchase. Isn’t durable, provided some relief initially. Poor quality, look for better alternatives.

Very sturdy and worth
I purchased this specifically for my back pain. I have a lot of muscle and joint issues. It is especially bad after exercising. This is really amazing and effective and worked well. You can adjust how much of your own body weight pushes into this, but I got it for the deep massaging it gives, so the intensity is what I need. Great product and happy to get this .
