Healthy I guess but not really tasty
Although I guess it is very healthy considering the nutrients in it, the taste really isn't good and I had difficulty finishing the packet. If you still want to buy it consider grinding it and mixing it with something else.

Seeds were little bit smelly seems old seeds packed.
I just got this pack right now few minutes ago, packing and brand is good, it's value for money and good nutrition. But only one thing was not good that seeds were little smelly like they packed old seeds in new packing. This is the only issue otherwise product is good.

This item is perishable and it was expired by a month. Seeds are dangerous to eat if they go rancid. Apparently I can’t return it either. Will never order from this vendor again. Not a happy customer.
