I have one at home and got one for a friend who owns a business. The system was quite easy to install, works great. Customer support is iffy though they try. The 1st support agent kept me on the phone for too long until he did find the answer. The 2nd support agent got it wrong regarding firmware. Regarding this, the 2 agents gave me conflicting answers. Still a recommend.

Kind of a pain to run the wires but worth it works great

We used this system to replace a NightOwl camera system, and they're quite nice. Clarity and color is good, installation and set-up is straightforward; we did have to call tech support to get the app installed and working, but they were pleasant and helpful.

Easy to install and beautiful quality of the video

Sooo I received this system 2 years ago…. I keep thinking/hoping it’s me but have finally come to terms that it’s just NOT worth the money AT ALL!! I’m big on technology etc. my commercial kitchen is almost a complete smart restaurant. EVERYTHING is automated. Open sign, led lights, dimming lights, all lights, reminders for what to do and no paper. So I’m not a security guru but I DEFINITELY know what I want and NEED!I’m done with Swann… and after my most recent purchase of Wyze, I’m going that route! Everything.Swann saved me ZERO $$$. I’ve had so many stolen items and Swann seems to JUST miss the recording.NOT to mention the lag with wifi connection is insanely RIDICULOUS…. YES I have A TON of internet speed… everything runs on tech…. It’s also literally less than 2ft. from the internet hub (Verizon)…. Just WHY? I hate checking these cameras. Awful.Claims it gets license plates: FALSE.Can “clearly see faces”: FALSEContinuous RECORDING: FALSE- No sound- No two way taking- No Siren or alarm- Takes FOREVER and a lot of time* connecting.- NO support-Misses EVERY important event cause it won’t continuously record although it claims so.- Requires a box to connect it all- have to have LAN connection 👎👎 NO BLUETOOTH OR ANYTHING…Needs some serious updating to keep up with competition…

This is a great Security System. I was surprise with the east of setup! Once you run your cables and hook everything up, Just turn it on and it basically works! The short wizard at setup is all you have to do to get your system working.I highly recommend this unit. I am please with the night view, and i absolutely love the built in LED lights on each camera! When the light is activated you can actually see the the colors of what the camera is seeing, unlike the black and greys that show when in the night vision mode. If you buy it you will be glad you did!

I purchased this system in January 2024 the delivery service was good. After installing the system I saw a bit disappointed with the video quality based on the amount of money I sent to purchase the camera I also realized that the audio on the cameras was noisy. I contacted customer service and reported the issue I was informed to upload video evidence Which I did I was also told that the cameras were faulty and need to be changed and up to the time of writing this review there is no replacement and all I have been getting are several different emails to upload video evidence. When I try to call am not getting any where either just being ask to repeat the same process over and over everytime I access the cameras very noisy.
