This bag is awesome! I do Uber Eats and DoorDash deliveries, and this keeps everything just as hot as when it goes into the bag. I haven't had a chance to try it with cold stuff yet, but I'm pretty sure that it's just a matter of time. It's easily large enough to accommodate large orders, and the cup holders on front are a big bonus, especially for this price point. The zipper keeps everything closed up nice and tight. The bag is a little bit on the thinner side, but is absolutely sturdy enough to hold onto 30+ lbs of food and drinks. One note of caution, though... load the center 2 cup holders first, then the outside 2. Watch the drink lids as well. I had one spill slightly onto the bag because the top came off, but it was super easy to wipe clean. The only additions I'd like to see would maybe be a phone/tablet/storage pouch on the sides, and maybe some pen pockets. But all in all, you really can't go wrong with this bag.

One of the best bags for gig work and for personal grocery haul. Keeps the food warm for the duration of the delivery. The drink holder is a benefit and the capacity inside the bag is awesome.

The drink carrier part of this actually garbage and doesn't work but the bag itself is a really good size and when I was doordashing it helped tremendously. It is pretty flimsy so it helps if you put small box in the bottom

The bag is a great size especially for those that are delivering food. The size of this bag will accommodate multiple orders and allow you the space to be able to organize drink carriers and what not as you see fit. The zippers appear to be of qualify and are fairly easy to open one handed. While the size is great, it still won’t be big enough to hold most large or larger pizzas. It requires them to sit at an angle. Problematic for deliverers The whole reason for the FOUR if not THREE stars. The structure. I saw other comments mention this and felt the need to echo. The bag WILL NOT look like the one in the pictures without modification. Rather it will look like your lumpy gym bag. With some proper modification (I used and old shoes rack, some old rubber maid lids, etc) and it works out great. While speaking about support, also not that the bottom is without any support. All n all - plan on making some tweaks that this bag will suit you nicely. Otherwise I’d keep shopping

I originally bought this for doordashing, but I never bothered with that. Since Costco doesn't have shopping bags, I've been using this bag instead. So far, I love it. It's very sturdy and the straps have not snapped from the weight of all the food I put in it to make one trip from my car to my kitchen. I think I put roughly 30-40lbs worth of groceries in it and take that up three flights of stairs and it holds up just fine. It's also very spacious. I've been able to fit a large ribeye (that I'd have to butcher myself), a couple packs of hamburger and two gallons of milk and still have space left to stuff whatever else in there. I haven't used the cup holders, so I don't have an opinion on them.

I use this bag almost daily for 2.5 years as a Dasher. It has held up remarkably, until I recently overloaded it with several gallons of milk & ripped the side. It has pros & cons. The drink carriers are too flimsy so the drinks just pour out. Never been able to use them. Without a hard plastic or cardboard bottom, the bag doesn’t hold its shape. So I can only use it for catering orders if the restaurant’s bag exactly fits the dimensions of this catering bag. HOWEVER it’s great for keeping track of multiple grocery shop orders. It keeps the refrigerated & freezer items cold during delivery. Also DoorDash color codes each order when doing a stacked grocery shop. A orders are red. So I always put them in this bag & don’t get confused when I go to deliver. If it’s raining or snowing, I’ll take this bag into the store with me & put all the bags in at checkout. That way the customer’s groceries won’t get wet AND I’m not standing at my trunk arranging all the bags while getting rained on. I can just quickly pop this bag in the car. Also of note - my trunk has a layer of red fuzz on the carpet & the plastic trim from this bag. Annoying, but not the end of the world.

Ok, I was looking for an insulated delivery bag that I could use for my food delivery work and this one has exceeded all of my expectations. It holds drinks extremely well in the built-in cupholders. Heat Retention is amazing in that it can help keep hot food orders piping hot for as long as I need them to be fresh from the restaurant/store location to the customer's location. The loading capacity is great too. I can get up to 3-5 small to medium bagged orders or even 3-4 Large ones inside the bag for an even fit. Functional use and comfort are inherent in its design as I can switch back and forth between carrying it in hand or slinging it over one of my shoulders for ease of transport. The weave and types of fabric, in my opinion, should be durable for some time, but I would advise carefully packing orders into them to prevent any damage to the insulation or prevent any warping of the material. The design is amazing in and of itself, as it has the length, height, and width to pack in multiple orders, as well as enough space to accommodate added ice/heat packs. I cannot stress enough how much value for money is also saved in buying this product. Given its build, dimensions, and other factors, I'm pretty hard-pressed to find that many other bags to fill the role of this bag in particular. You'll want to buy at least one of these!

Nice and big. But not to big. Fits pizzas and the big mc donalds paper bags with the handles. The shoulder strap is fine to use while carrying goods. It doesn't tip things weird.
