Fitment was well on my mini Cooper 2006. No fitment issues works good.

DO NOT BUY!!
Both Regulators broke shortly after install, I tried to return for a refund but they wouldn’t allow a refund only that I pay them more money to send me new replacements. UPDATE: they allowed for return but didn’t send a real shipping label they sent bs and I had to pay 30$ to ship them back!

Had to modify
This was supposed to fit a 2005 mini cooper but the plastic gear and housing for window motor didn't match. We were able to swap over the old parts but it wasn't easy. Otherwise it's working good now
