These are, by far, the most beautiful pens I own. Imagine! Gold particles with a colored outline. That could make your bullet journal look so pretty. They come in five assorted colors: purple, pink, green, blue, and gray (or black, depending on how you see it). Along with the colored ink, it has gold. There is a silver version of the gold shadow, but I thought these were prettier. When you write with it, the colored ink will show first. As it dries, the gold will start to appear. It is just so satisfying to see. I think these are good pens if you want to make your bullet journal or your drawings look pretty. 10/10!

I am going to put the same review on all of these various Sakura markers, because I have almost all of them, and I use them all for the same purpose: to embellish my art. They flow nicely, the sparkly ones sparkle,and any of them can be used as washes with water. I use "water brushes", as well as the "blending pens" that came with two of my Tombow marker sets. I love the variety of colors you can get, and that some are really sparkly, and others "flatter." The glaze pens are good for pure color, or to put down some color and then wash them out with water (I use only 300 lb. Arches hot press paper for my artwork.) The Gold Shadow and Silver Shadow are fun to use and very subtle when they are dry. The moonlight, stardust and metallic pens are sparkly and SO much fun to use. I can't recommend these highly enough. I put up one picture to show examples of how I use these Sakura pens.

I was looking for a Sakura Souffle type pen that would have an iridescent golden sheen to it, to use for decorating my cell phone. These pens are not 3D, which is made quite clear in the description; my fault. Although they aren't exactly what I was looking for, I'm definitely keeping them. I have posted two pictures to show what writing looks like. It is a gold shimmer with a color "drop shadow" effect. Really cool. I was expecting a color with a gold pearlescence effect. Guess I missed the "Gold with a color outline!" part in the description, lol. The ink flows well, with no overflow, and the colors are beautiful. If I wrote more letters/cards, I would consider buying the silver shadow pens as well. Amazon has the best price on all the Sakura pens, and I've been all over town to every art store I could find. Half of them didn't even have these or the Souffle, and the other half were almost twenty dollars a pack! Glad I didn't spend so much for a product I'm not 110% happy with (only 100% :P). Shipping was crazy fast as well.

These pens are great for writing Christmas cards and scrapbooks. They write smoothly and the colors are bright. Also the gold shows up very well. I liked them so much that I ordered another set for myself and one for my sister.

Son unas muy buenas plumas! Me gusta que brillan bien padre y me encanta como quedan los títulos de los apuntes. Lo único que no me encanta es que la tinta sale un poquito de más y que traspasa un poco las hojas de los cuadernos normales. Pero en general es muy buen producto, sí lo volvería a comprar.

I bought these for Christmas cards. They work great. I would buy ones with a thinner tip next time, these make quite a thick line.
