Very nice for the price.
It's all I need a hardhat to be. No frills, gets the job done. Once the suspension is in place it's never coming out again and a ratchet adjustment would be nice, but for the price I can't complain. The slide closure is held by opposing slanted triangle teeth on the surface of the bands. The slide bands are pliable enough to come apart to loosen but rigid enough they won't loosen on their own. Comfortable to wear but doesn't breathe as well as you'd hope. But that might be my big melon blocking any air gaps.

I had to buy safety equipment for work. I have a large head (thick hair too. I was happy that these fit, were comfortable to wear, and a good value.

This hat is outstanding. I got it for my little GrandDaughter along with a construction truck in pink and lavender. The tool set was sold out, but will be in stock soon. She has 3 older brothers always building and constructing. Now she can join in with them.This hat is so nice I am going to get one for myself and my Daughter so we can join the team.Yes the size is so adjustable that I too can have one.

Good quality
My son is in Boy Scouts and was on staff at NYLT camp for a week this summer and their theme was Monster's Inc. He picked the character Chalooby, the janitor, and needed to dress up like him. I bought this then printed out the M logo from Monster's Inc. and stuck it on there and gave him a mop to carry around. The quality of this hard hat is good, my son said it was easy to adjust, it fit his head well and did not rub or bother him as he wore it. I can not attest to how it would protect one's head from debris falling on it but I am sure it would be fine.

Cute and durable.
I bought this cute hard hat to go with the 18 PC tool set for a 2 year old. She loves wearing it! It could be a bit smaller as far as the adjusting goes, but it's ok. Just a bit too big.
