I am very happy with this pen!I have a Kaweco Sport Classic Rollerball pen which I like, but I felt that it was not robust enough to be beating around inside my pocket with other stuff. I liked the form factor and how it writes, but I was afraid that it would not hold up. It is actually more resistant to breaking than I thought, though.Enter the Kaweco Sport Brass Rollerball. This is the perfect pocket pen for me! It is built like tank. I simply am in love with this pen. It has a nice weight to it and it is very robust. A pleasure to write with.There are many refills that will work in it as well as the Kaweco refill included which writes very well. I will probably replace it with the Schmidt P8127, but any "Parker style" refill should work in it.

Excellent in every way. Second purchase because my son used mine and loved it so I gifted this to him. Packaging and shipping perfection as well. I did switch out the refill for a Uni Jetstream. Love this pen.

This solid brass gel/ballpoint - screw-cap & post pen is a beautiful workhorse.It is now my new, daily gel-writer.It's solid, well-milled, is smooth, and carries the weight to never be lost ( it's also octagonal - no roll ).Who would want to lose such a great pen ?It's, maybe, 3 millimeters shorter than would be ideal for me - and my large hands - but, they did it perfectly for pocket-carry.This is a great product.

Really high quality German made pen. Looks great. Feels great in hand unposted. Posted feels a little bit unbalanced to me, but a friend tried it and said they preferred it, so it's all personal preference. I use it with a custom refill instead of what it comes with and it's awesome for my college classes. I take it everywhere I go at this point. I love it. I ordered a bronze clip with it and together they look super sharp.

I like the looks, weight, balance, simplicity, grip of this pen. It is beautiful. It is heavy, but well balanced with the cap posted. It is a bit short with the cap not posted, but one could still write that way if preferred. The grip is about 0.380" in diameter where held, very comfortable. 1/2 turn unscrews the cap. The ceramic refill it ships with writes very smoothly, but a standard Parker G2 style refill works perfectly also. I bought the separate clip so I could attach it to a shirt, but have since removed it because it was a bit uncomfortable to write with when the add-on clip was attached. No regrets at all, highly recommend this pen

After I got this brass version of Kawelco's rollerball gel pen, I have put (or given) away my collection of pens (Cross, Mont Blanc, Parker, Tomco, Unibal, Pilot--- you name it!) The combination of the brass version's substantial weight, impeccable balance, and superb feel warrant a PERFECT ten in my book--- Kawelco really hit that proverbial "home run!" Furthermore, the Kawelco gel ink is flawlessly smooth and evenly applied. The Kawelco brass pen has so thoroughly revolutionized my writing experience that I also got one for my mother and my brother (from the same Amazon seller). Please note that though you can use Parker gel rollerball refills, the Kawelco refills are much better.

Quite heavy and substantial. A very nice pen. After all it is Kaweco and I have come to expect good things from them and this pen did not disappoint. I like the plastic ones and the fountain pens just as well. I write a lot and I use all 3 and enjoy them all.
