Perfect for 20 month old.
This ended up working perfectly for my 20 month old who broke her collarbone. At the doctor’s office, they gave me something similar in their smallest size, but it was still too big. It started giving her a pressure injury and I knew I had to find another option. I was able to make some cuts and adjustments to this one to make it fit perfectly. I feel really good about the healing process now that she’s fitted properly.

Provided comfort for a painful injury.
My kiddo broke his collarbone and needed his shoulder immobilized. The sling he received at the hospital was not very secure, and he was struggling with it. I purchased this as an alternative. From the moment we put it on you could see the relief. He said it was so much more comfortable, and that it was "way better". He was even able to comfortably sleep in it.It is easily customizable because everything is velcro, so you can change the sizing/positioning very easily. The velcro seems durable, but not so hard that it is difficult to move around as needed. It seems very well made. 10/10 would recommend.

Well made, worth the buy.
My 2.5 year old broke her collarbone and this has been a huge help in keeping her arm immobilized for proper healing. She doesn’t fight me on it and acts like it’s more comfortable to have it on than not! Id say it’s worth the money!

Best thing I could’ve bought
So my 5 year old daughter broke her arm…the ER sends her home with one of those cheap little blue slings…she’s 5!!! She doesn’t understand she can’t move her arm like she used to and she did not have a cast put on…just the sling. We went to her orthopedic appointment about a week later and I had already bought this, they were very happy that we bought it and we’re goi be to recommend it to other patients that might get use of it. It stabilized my daughter’s shoulder so he upper arm didn’t move, and the wrist is held in front of her instead of hanging down. She claims it is comfortable and it’s easy enough to where she can take it off if she needs to. The only downfall I’ve found is that because of the wrist being placed in front it will eventually be going over the same spot, therefore causing the fabric to fray away from the constant placement of the Velcro in the same area. I have since tried to rotate it around more and it still is working great 1 month into use. The Velcro is very strong and supportive for a child. It’s easy to clean, I use a lint roller and a wet cloth and it’s good as new. I would definitely buy it again if needed…but I hope I never have to again 🤞🏻

Great for a fracture clavicle!
My 4-year-old son fractured his clavicle and we went to urgent care. They put him in an arm sling, which was really difficult to work with when you have an active child. It would end up twisted with his arm sticking out, not keeping it where it should be. And also painful to take off and put back on every time I needed to put him in a car seat. I ordered this immobilizer and it was a game changer! It always stayed in place and was easy to detach just the wrist part to get in the car seat and buckle up. It made this difficult time much easier!

Broken collar bone
We got this because our daughter wasn’t wearing her sling correctly and needed to work on keeping her arm across her stomach. This brace is bulkier than expected and all the pieces Velcro together. I was hoping for cooler summer option for our daughter but this thing holds in the heat, seems itchy and a little loud!

Finally found the one!
They gave her a cute little sling with bears on it at the clinic when she fractured her clavicle. Cuteness did not provide stability! She was able to move her arm all over, it was sliding off constantly, just awful. We finally found this sling that stabilizes her upper arm while giving her freedom to take her wrist out of its holder so she can eat, even write. It’s really been the best!
