So far so good!

I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks now and so far I’ve noticed a definite increase in energy (which no amount of coffee has been able to do recently), so that’s definitely a bonus! My jeans are a little bit looser, so that’s also a plus! Oh BTW, I am not eating keto, so this was just with the pills

So easy to take!!

Great Keto pills to maintain ketosis

I’ve been using these pills for a week and it does exactly what it states! Super easy to take! I take them right before lunch to give me the pick me up I need for the remainder of the day. I haven’t been able to get my ketones higher than 0.5 but with the pills I’ve been able to get between 1.5 - 4.0 when testing and that’s with some carbs cheats. Best of all I’m also down a few pounds which is also a plus! Definitely recommended and will continue to use.
