MTHFR Gene Mutation here, & these have been amazing. They dissolve easily, with good taste! I have noticed a difference with myself along with my kids who struggle with adhd and Autism. Pediatrician said go for it! This is a great choice at a great price.

This seemed to help stop my hair from falling out.

I have 3 kids with level one autism. one of them had a speech problem with repeating words/ parts of words, like he got stuck and a CD was skipping. I ordered this just in case it would help, and it did help. I haven't seen any negative side effects. the tablet dissolves like a chewable vitamin and tastes like a sweet tart.

With vitamins it’s hard to tell if they are working. I have the mthfr gene so I need folinic acid. I have zero side effects from this. I like the taste and will continue to order. I will recheck levels in a few months

Great product

I love this product so much, but I really wish there was a capsule version from Seeking Health as well. I find I need more than one dose per day to stave off paresthesia, and it makes me uncomfortable to consume xylitol unnecessarily. I'm sure the amount in a single dose is safe, but it adds up once I'm taking multiple doses plus my other products that contain it.

Item arrived quickly, was well accepted by our autistic son and appeared to improve his speech immediately.
