Q: It states it is $34.95 an ounce yet this is suppose to be $34.94 for 4 ounces. Is this truly 4 full ounces?

Actually, I do not remember checking the ounce size. I feel sure it was a full 4 oz. It was a big bottle. I returned it because it felt very greasy on my skin and would not absorb no matter how much I massaged it in. I ending up wiping it off because it was so "yucky". Now, this may work differently for different people. Just did not work for me.
