This knife works superbly. Very sharp, great for slicing pork belly.

Extremely sharp & light weight slicing. I bought it mainly for slicing briskets. Not much effort needed to slice through even a poorly cooked brisket. Highly recommend.

A really beautiful, quality tool. Works as good as it looks; just a few swipes on each side of a knife and the edge is corrected. Even the packaging is worthy of a $200 piece. I'm beyond impressed!

This is my 3rd Dalstrong knife. Love the look and feel! Stay sharp and make quick work of meal prep. May be a little pricey, but well worth the cost!
