Is it ok for my tortoise to still eat the grass

Whilst safe for pets, ingestion should be avoided, as the material is not intended to be ingested. Use a garden hose to water all the PEE-FIX material into the soil, as you would for a lawn fertiliser, and allow 24 hours before allowing your tortoise onto the grass.

Any tips for cleaning this off block paving? Had a few drips on the way back from the lawn, tried to rinse them, still black...

The material dissolves in water, so it will wash away with the rain, but for a quicker solution you can use a hose or a pressure washer water jet.
