Exactly what I wanted!
I have the filtrate ?? I think that's how you spell it small room air purifier The one that looks like a small rounded rectangle lol. And the factory filter barely survived three months. I purchased this one as an upgrade and I was pretty impressed, I liked the hard plastic walls that help seal everything off and then the glue strip that locks it into place. HOWEVER I also don't care for that in the fact that I like to vacuum or take an air compressor to filters to help stretch the life of them. That's personal preference.I also have this on AutoShip so definitely a good product!I also like how the directions are in your face and they force you to read them....(hopefully)

Shipped fast, good value, needs a better method of securing than the adhesive tape but still good
I love that these filters fit my Holmes HAP9423 Air purifier that holds 2 Aer1 filters. The original Holmes filters are installed by 2 hooks on the filters and corresponding anchors on the actual unit. These Filtrete filters do not have the hooks, and instead are secured by two thin strips of adhesive tape, and that is my only complaint. The adhesive is not quite strong enough and so there are a couple tiny gaps, where unfiltered air will flow which could potentially dirty up the motor and fan area of the units. I am sure I could remedy this issue with some double sided tape, but I am going to let it be for now and see if it becomes a problem or not. I like that these filters cost me about half of what I would pay for the Holmes brand, and I have always liked Filtrete brand so I am sure the performance is top notch.

Very good filter!
The media could not be loaded. I have used both the Allergen reduction and advanced Allergen filters by 3M and have a side by side comparison where both were used for the same period of time. In the video on the Left the purple filter Is the advanced allergen, on the right we have the Allergen Reduction filter and you can see that both caught a lot of air pollution but the advanced Allergen stops it before it makes it's way to the opposite side, (the air that is being re circulated into the house.) While the Allergen reduction filter is dirty on both sides indicating it doesn't stop as much of the debris before it's then blown out of the Air purifier. This is a great air filter and I would highly recommend it.
