Sterling Silver Ball Stud Earrings Set, Women Men Teen Girls 2mm 3mm 4mm 5mm & 6mm

I was not expecting much considering the ridiculously low price of this set of earrings. The reviews were also mixed. I was most pleased when I got them. Although the smallest of the five sets was too little for my use, the other four were just great since I have three holes in one ear lobe and two in the other side.I found the complaints from others not to be applicable for me. The backs were big enough for me to handle. They were tight enough to hold the earrings in with no problem. I had no skin reaction to the metal. I consider long posts to be a sign of better quality earrings, and the long posts posed no problem for me, as I don't sleep in earrings. In my mind, long posts mean the option of being better able to adjust the tightness for comfort.I would not hesitate to recommend these earrings to anyone.

Very nice set, except the next to smallest size (one of my favorites) broke after 10-12 times of wearing them.

What can I say? They are as advertised: sterling silver stud earrings in various millimeter sizes. Good friction on the backs, haven't lost an earring yet. The posts protrude directly from the ball bearing at 10mm. Great if you have multiple piercings and/or are into self-piercing. Non-irritating. They work well as "starter" studs due to their size and the natural antimicrobial effects of silver. Just DO NOT rub hydrogen peroxide on or around them! It will cause them to oxidize and tarnish faster, often permanently. Saline should suffice. Yeah, they WILL dull and tarnish after liberal wear, but that's just what silver does when it's in contact with oxygen. Science. (If you want shiny studs, throw 'em in a jar of silver cleaner or take some toothpaste and elbow grease to 'em.)It's a good deal for $20 or less - most likely going to buy another set.

I wear three studs or hoops in graduated sizes in each ear at all times. The hoops I had in for a few years finally just wore out, and I decided to give stud earrings a try. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but all of the studs I've tried kept separating from their posts, tarnishing really badly or becoming unwearable in some other way. Until these. These are WONDERFUL. With no particular extra care or anything, they've maintained their super shine through every shower. The backs fit well and I can't even feel them. The earrings themselves feel very well-made. They aren't heavy to wear at all, but when you hold them in your hand, you'll notice a slight weight that, to me, says they are a quality product.I really didn't expect much from a $14.99 set of earrings, but I was happy to be proved wrong! These studs are exactly as expected. I purchased them with the intent of opening up my second holes in my ears again, as well as trying to use the smallest stud in the hole at the very top of my ear. I normally wear larger earrings in my primary holes, but these can be used in place if I wanted a more simple look which still has variation (due to the slightly different sizes between two studs). I saw another review post that they had a problem with the earring posts turning green. This didn't happen with mine at all. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

I ordered both the sterling and gold ball stud earrings. I was equally pleased with both sets, as they were each five pair of studs in fourteen karat gold and real sterling silver. They make beautiful presents, and who doesn't like the real thing for the price ordered on each set. As a matter of fact, I liked them so well I ordered another set of the gold and silver after I saw how lovely the first set was. I usually wear the little silver ball post earrings. These gave me a choice with sizes, which I liked.I gave a couple pairs away as I don't wear the biggest or smallest.GOOD value, GOOD price.
