The P.A.T.H. Approach to Effective Self Defense: Parasympathetic Attacks to the Heart

A new spin, worth reading.
One of the best most approachable books on the subject. Be warned its not a how to book, as much as theory book. It has a lot of good concepts that can be interwoven in to your practice regardless of style. The techniques presented at the end of the book are few, and rudimentary, but the concepts and ideas are great.

Nice book for the price.
aside for occasional linguistic errors, such as the term Wu-Qi, which means in Putonghua/Mandarin Without Qi, and SHOULD be Wuji, or no limits or no extremes, and some other typo's, I found the book to be a very nice resource on the subject of a variety of lethal attacks one can employ against an attacker.

Awesome book. Gets straight to the point and covers a lot of topics. I just wish it had more illustrations. It's sometimes difficult to figure out what the author is describing. Still a good read. The second volume is good too!
