Roughly 3.25" diameter to the outside of the lettering and roughly 2.5" diameter to the inside of the lettering. I hope those are the measurements you are referring to.

Would this melt on a clutch cover?

Yes it will melt or not stick because it has 3m tapa and on super hot surface the glue melts and doesn’t stick .. so not meant for clutch cover .
