Excellent product for cashmere and fine wool. Have used it on my sweaters of both types for over a year and they maintain their soft as new feel. Not cheap but if you want a wash that enhances the feel and look of your wool and cashmere this is the one.

It’s a really nice product that seems to do an effective job of caring for and subtly scenting fine woollen garments. However, despite some clearly quite careful packaging a considerable quantity of the product had leaked during the shipping/delivery procedure. In view of the costly nature of the cleanser it’s not really acceptable to end up with maybe two thirds of what you actually purchased

This is fantastic stuff. Those who say it is expensive are discounting the fact that you only need a cap or two in your washing machine detergent dispenser so a bottle lasts for ages. Turn your socks and woollens inside out, select a delicates or wool wash and use No 3. The items come out clean, soft and smelling gorgeous. I’ve bought this several times over already.

Smells wonderful. Cashmere sweaters washed beautifully and came out like new.

Smells nice, washes adequately. Check the size of the bottle though (unlike me) - it’s £1 a teaspoon!! Total rip-off.

I used this on a hair towel because it's soft fibre and might shrink in the wash.. but it didn't do a very good job of cleaning the piece even though it wasn't huge (if I used it on my cashmere cardigan.. which is huge and heavy for example.. it'd of been a disaster because that is such an effort to hand wash.. and this didn't even work on a small item) I wont be buying the full product or repurchasing. It does smell nice and the smell stays.. but so do the marks and the musty odours that you want to wash away..

Cleans cashmere and woollens the best, leaves a beautiful scent

Bought this to clean a cashmere jumper I was super scared of washing. It ended up being super effective and made the jumper really soft and clean. My only downside it's that there are no other alternatives of scent, I would prefer an odourless or less strong smell. It was really easy to use in hand wash and instructions where very clear. I wish it was not as expensive since it's a really small bottle, but effective non the less. It made my jumper feel really fresh and looks great.
