I highly recommend this book if you want your feet to feel better!
I have had trouble with my extremely flat feet for many years now. My arch is almost non-existent and my feet hurt a lot. After doing the exercises in this book, my feet feel so much better! The exercises are easy to do and yet they make a real difference. This book is full of so much practical advice. I never knew that going barefoot could make my feet so much stronger. Before I read this book and started doing some of these exercises, I used to have to wear arch supports all of the time. Now I need them much less frequently, especially in my tennis shoes. If you want your feet to feel better, get this book and make it a point to do the exercises. Like the books says, when your feet hurt, you tend to hurt all over. But when your feet feel good, it makes such a difference in your overall well-being.

Great Foot Exercises
I bought this book based on the reviews and when it arrived I was slightly disappointed as it looked rather on the thin side and without color photos (except for toe nail polish :)), but once I sat down, read the book, and went through the exercises I was immediately impressed and to start I stopped wearing shoes in my house and am now going barefoot which feels more natural and much better for my feet. I've ordered a "block" and am doing the exercise which have relaxed my feet.

An informative quick read book on how to have healthier feet
Becky's Foot Yoga book is an easy to read, step by step guide with excellent pictures of stretches and toe strengthening exercises. After years of abuse, hammer toes, and a crossover toe, I have begun to do these foot exercises almost daily. My toes are beginning to lay flatter. I know it will take time to get my crossover toe back in line, but it'll be worth the wait to not have to do it surgically! An excellent book for everyone looking to improve the health of their feet.

Foot pain
I highly recommend this book! My feet hurt all the time and this book reminds to and shows me how to take care of them. I gave this book as Christmas gifts for all of my family! I would give more stars if I could.

Easy to read- practice for happier feet
I like the easy to read, concise format and exercise photos. I have become more aware of my feet.Some of the foot exercises take practice. If you follow it, you’ll notice a difference after exercising one foot, and doing the one foot test; before exercising the other. Great, short, simple book. Thank you Becky!

It’s a great book for those who have plantar fasciitis.
I have heel spur so this book comes in handy. I was able to stretch my feet. The book helped lessen my pain tremendously. Love this yoga book. The price is also worth it. It’s reasonable.

A simple, effective, and easy to understand, even for an amateur, guide to practicing foot yoga. I found the exercises effective in improving strength and flexibility. Recommended for anyone seeking a simple approach for foot health
