I like this product a lot I have been using it for a long time I have had known issues with it.

End result is great!
This epoxy is a little hard to use as it is self leveling and requires rotation to keep it from sagging. But the end result is crystal clear and very strong.

High gloss finish
Let the rod rotate at about 6 RPM`s to obtain a nice smooth finish with no sags. Outstanding.

Expoxy was very thick
I have used Pro Kote products many times in the past in fishing rod building. These bottles were very thick maby old? Did not set up when mixed the same way as in other uses?

I was repairing two offshore rods that belonged to my grandfather. So far, they look and feel amazing. I’ll update after I fish them.

Beware they ship some items USPS
Placed order April 18, arrived May 5. Shipped USPS FL to NC. Would have ordered from another source if I had understood USPS shipping was involved. Product seems to work ok.
