A Solid Pen
This is exactly like the Makrolon version of the Lamy 2000 pen. This one has an extra fine nib that writes like some of the best Japanese fine nibs that I have. The only downside is the lack of an ink window.

I got an Amazing Deal for an Amazing Pen!
I coveted the Lamy 2000 Stainless Steel ever since I got the regular Lamy 2000 but i could never afford one since the price was too much. Then one magical day I went window shopping on Amazon and found this beauty priced at $132.82, sold by RDBrands. I couldn't believe my eyes and didn't think it would ship. I was dumbfounded when I was the proud new owner of a Lamy 2000 Stainless Steel for about a 1/3 of the price. The Lamy 2000 SS lacks an ink window making it not as functional as the regular Lamy 2000 and the crazy amount of weight with the appearance of the pen make it unconventional (in my opinion) as a daily workhorse. But it is a really fun pen to use.

Best online deal for a Lamy 2000
This was a great price for the real deal. This is my third Lamy 2000 but my first stainless steel model. I love the weight. It writes great and it was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else on line.

Great balance and smoothest nib ever! Third time's the charm as my first two Lamy 2000 pens didn't write as well as this extra-fine nib. Loving it!
