Quality not as expected

I returned this simply because, the material was not the quality I was expecting--construction of the material itself was good, but the material is a polyester with a sheen to it. And BRIGHT lizard (neon-ish) green...the picture suggests a more subtle green. This just didn't meet my expectations based on the picture, and seeing it in person, so back it went.
