I was hoping it was great, expecting it not to be. But it's not bad at all. I thought maybe the plastic lining or seems would be annoying, I am very sensitive to touch, but the entire thing is very soft AND comfortable. However, it is NOT "easy to inflate". I'm not entirely sure if I did it right or not, but blowing it up took MANY breaths, not just a few like they claim. & the mouth piece is huge, not like blowing up a balloon, it was more like trying to put your mouth around a garden hose. I felt kind of stupid trying to blow it up & it taking several attempts to get it right. Good thing I was sitting down because it took so many deep breaths to inflate it. I'll feel even more stupid if I find out that there's a much easier way to inflate it than the way I did it. But if I did it right, that whole process should definitely be improved. Once inflated, it's great! Comfortable & easy to use. The eye mask isn't so comfortable, though. Deflating is the pits too. It took me way too long to get all the air out & rolled up tight enough to fit in the case that comes with it. It does have some flaws, but I still like it & glad I got it. Thank you!

Very confoertbal to sleep on, on the airplain very soft material

I traveled to use this product expecting comfort along my long airplane ride...I am 6”3 220 lbs and during my first plane ride while laying my upper body along the tray and the product air IMMEDIATELY came out of the product and wouldn’t keep air from an unknown hole...Not worth 2 minutes ! Not only did the owners of this product refuse to a refund...they continued to ask for a better review only if they agreed to refund this inadequate air pillow ...STAY AWAY from this cheap air pillow !

I love this. I'd always use my back pack but that has it's own issues. Like lumpy bag or covered mouth. Never really could win. With this I don't have the lumpy mess and my face is better adjusted. And it isn't too bad to bring with when it is down ornot inflated. I don't need anything super duper cozy I'm traveling but at least some better comfort than a backpack is nice.

my life for much easier after purchasing this product.Is easy to inflate and doesn’t bother people they could be sitting by your side in the plane.I slept very well the 2 times I used it so far (for flights above 10 hours), no neck or back pain which for me is already reason for celebration.Is less expensive than some neck pillows and much better.

These are just as described, easy to use. They really did inflate in about 5 breaths which I was skeptical about. I would encourage to purchase a little ahead of travel so you can inflate and let them lose their plastic smell.

I found this item in theory better then in real life. Bought this for a 10 hour flight from SFO to Paris, France. I think if the person in the seat in front of me was not leaning back, then maybe there would be enough room for me to use this pillow, but in my case, then person in front of me was leaning there seat back, like everyone does, in such a long flight, I found this pillow was too large for the space between me and the seat in front of me, and was not comfortable to use at all. I would not recommend this item to anyone.
