Great boots, breathable and warm
Love the Merrel tactical boots, they hold up well, have good traction, aren’t heavy, fit true to size, and I got a great deal. This is the only brand I’ll wear at work as an EMT, all other boots I’ve tried give me blisters on the backs of my heels, except these. They also double as my backup hiking boots.

It's as comfortable as the hiking boots!!
I love Moab hiking boots!! Being tactical boots is perfect for my job, so I can still walk comfortably without feeling like I'm wearing combat boots

Poor wet traction
I work around wet surfaces all day. These boots do not have very good traction on wet concrete or asphalt, and horrible traction on wet metal. Otherwise they are very comfortable, even after 12 - 14hrs.

Fit
Absolutely love the boots. Fit is great. Waterproofing is great look is fabulous. I'm a female bought a man's size and fits wonderful.

Nice boot, great brand but...
Great Brand, not too comfy as a work boot after a 12-14 hour shift on your feet. Over all nice boot, decent support.. I feel they run a little small.

Could have been a great boot if not for the major design flaw
The boot was comfortable and great for hiking for a day or two. The problem with the boot is the fabric lace loops. They rip with any pressure to the loop.
