What i like about these is that they are dependable. I’ve used the wide end for cleaning out eyes in the morning as well as after application of makeup - and the pointed end is perfect for adjusting eyebrows or eyeliner.I have in the past gotten bigger packs of this style of applicator to save money but I always come back to these because the plastic box protects them and there is less of a chance of a huge bag spilling all over the floor as with cheaper brands.I’ve just settled on these with satisfaction.

This is my favorite brand for this type of swab and I often have a hard time finding them in local stores. These are great for clean-up when applying mascara. I've been wearing makeup for over 50 years and still can't apply mascara without making a mess. The flat side works well for clean-up under lower lashes and the pointed end works well behind upper lashes. Because the swabs are so compressed, no cotton fibers come loose and get in my eyes.The hard plastic cases fit nicely in my medicine cabinet and once empty make nice little storage bins for paperclips, nuts and washers, etc.
