I bought four of these for my patios. I paid $85 for them. I wanted to order more, and see that they have increased the price to $95. I will likely pay the extra $10 for them because they are good quality chairs, are worth more than the $95 they want for them. They were relatively easy to put together - even if you just use the tools in the package. We used a power drill on the last three we put together, and it took us about 10 minutes to put each chair together. If you don't use a power drill, count on at lest 20 minutes to put each chair together.I bought teak wood oil to apply to the chairs to keep them as new looking as I can. So far, I've had them approximately 2 months and it's been raining, and they look great. I will update this review to let you know how that goes.

Shipped completely without packing materials so loose wood pieces came chipped and even broken

These chairs come completely knocked down, so they're compact for shipping, but are easy to assemble. You need an allen wrench that's in the box, and a Phillips screwdriver, and some patience. They include a small glue packet to strengthen one of the joints, but otherwise they just screw together. They seem quite sturdy once assembled and stack nicely. We got two to start with but once we had them in hand we liked them so much we got two more.

would have loved this beautiful sturdy chair except the pre-drilled screw holes on arm front were not deep enough causeing the wood to split on both arms-had to clamp and glue and re-drill holes all the way through-was very dissappointed on the day before Christmas

Chairs are sturdy enough, and well designed except the arms are too low making them more of a hand rest. Also, received three of one model (170583) and one different (170584.26). Tried multiple returns and Amazon customer service to find matching model for other three chairs with no luck.

I live in Vegas and it’s really dry and hot here. But my backyard is shaded almost entirely 75% of the day. So for these to get so dried out that they gave us splinters after less than 6 months didn’t make me real excited about being out in the backyard. Plus they are not very comfortable as far as posture. They force you to have to sit straight upright with no lean to the back. I don’t like them.

I didn't expect the quality of wood I received. The chair is strong, good looking and comfortable. Imagine, a comfortable wooden chair ! Super easy to put together, but the Allen wrench included is really no match for the strength of the wood and screws. I ended up grabbing the Allen wrench with a set of pliers to increase the torque. It worked great and I was done in less than 30 minutes. NOTE: the glue included is weak. Buy your own wood glue to insure stability of chair.

We place an order for a fit chair to match the four we had ordered several months ago. The chair they shipped us and the chair they picture is not the match for the one we ordered or the four other chairs we already own.It was also damaged but repairable. Fortunately it isn't similar enough to the other chairs we have decided it's not worth the time to disassemble it and send it back and deal with future headachesThe chair is sturdy attractive and was easy to put together.We are just disappointed with Amazon and Amazonia.I'm giving it one star for the materials, 1 star for the price and subtracting three stars for the damage and it not being a match.
