Easy to use it’s relaxing, works well for dry eye relief. I call it my mini eye spa.

I purchased this eye mask at the request of my doctor for pending eye surgery. It works great. Elastic band stays firm on the head. I have not needed it for swelling of the eyes but one can place it in the microwave if needed. I use it for holding my eye patch. It shuts out the light really well.

I like the oils in the wipes. After I wipe my eye lids I wipe my face. They are good for my dry skin.

Like the fact the exterior can be washed. I take caution to put the satin side toward the soft side of Velcro so it doesn’t snag. I also use a paper towel against my eyes when using to minimize needed washing.

Delivery took a while, but it did come from the UK, so it was to be expected. I love this mask. I heat it up in the microwave and apply it to my eyes and the mask itself is comfortable enough to fall asleep in, totally blocks light.

Crazy overpriced for a mask with beads you can microwave. If you look on Amazon, The Eye Doctor sells an almost identical mask for $17. Will be returning.

i just received the package several minutes ago. I am really disappointed with the package. It came in with a big outer brown paper bag however the masks and wipes all scattered and dropped out of the original boxes. Eyes are every sensitive to any bacteria, the mask even has no plastic bag to ensure it is clean. I can't believe this is the quality from eye doctor. i have to wash the masks before i feel comfortable to put it on my eyes....so no comment about how it is while using. This is also the reason why i still give 3 now. Hope this is still a good product though it came in bad package.

Good quality product, only 20 seconds in a microwave to get them to the correct temperature.

My earlier review was not published. This product is very good, but it was delivered in a shoddy way, not in the usual Amazon cardboard box but in it's actual box with one end open and it hanging out. It could have fallen out at any time. Given this is a product for the eyes I was concerned. That aside, I have bletheritis and after 25 seconds in the microwave and 7 minutes on followed by the recommended massaging of the eyelids (an essential part of the process) I have to report this is very effective. After four weeks of twice daily my swelling had completely disappeared and my eyes are back to normal. Highly recommend. I'm knocking off a point for the poor delivery but the product is good.
