If you have heavy flows and tend to leak while sleeping or laying down, get these! They will save you from ruining your nicer panties, pants, shorts, skirts, sheets, mattress protector, mattress, etc. I still use natural fiber pads but these collect the excess blood that can escape when laying down and/or sleeping or just a heavier flow. These do well at keeping any blood from leaking out the side of pads. Sometimes there is a bit of bleed-through the sides of the panties or toward the tailbone if laying down flat on back, if there is a lot of blood but it usually still seems to stay contained within the panties, no ruined sheets while sleeping. Have tried these and another brand and these worked way better at absorbing any blood leaking on the sides or back/front from pads getting oversaturated. They are more full-coverage panties than some others, which is nice because they cover the butt and groin area well, so you don’t usually get wedgies (which would defeat the purpose of the extra protection, as a wedgie from small higher-cut panties would cause blood to escape out the sides easier). If you have a larger butt and bigger hips, size up, the shape and fit of the panties can be a bit awkward. Not the most flattering of fits but they work well and are quite comfortable when you get the right size.

My daughter is 10 and has gotten her period and like any of us when we started she is just getting the hang of it. So I bought her these to avoid any public staining incidents. They work as they should nothing seeps through them. Easy to wash and comfortable to wear.

They feel like a great quality! I use them in conjunction with a men trial cup that sometimes leaks a bit. This is way more comfortable that wearing a thin pad. One day I didn’t use my cup because I wanted to see just how much these panties could hold. They held quite a bit and didn’t leak, but they also weren’t really very absorbent so my bottom was sitting in blood until I changed them out. I was able to hand wash them with dial soap and they have no staining, which really suprised me! I’m very happy with these!

I wish, I wish, I wish someone had given me these when I reached that age. I purchased these for my niece and she says they reduced her stress. A lifesaver for sure! Good coverage. Breathable fabric.

Game changer. I use these instead of any other product. Don't accidentally tinkle even a tiny bit. They are are not made for pee. When they leak which takes a lot of blood or...a tiny bit of pee They leak under the thigh. Less obvious and embarrassing tbh. They take the place of a pad or tampon and have to be changed less. For instance I leaked after like 12 hours but felt uncomfortable at like 7-8 hours I just didn't have a pair to change. Also no diaper rash. Game changer! 10/10 recommend.

My daughter, who has autism, struggles with motor skills and sensory issues, so it has made personal hygiene quite a challenge for her. Nice thin fabric but still holds plenty of moisture. Good for light days or as protection. Not high waisted and a bit small, but still fits well enough to be comfortable.
