This is a very good product. As one should know, these can help with scar tissue issues, inflammation and pain (and other issues/conditions as well). I'm a very disabled Vietnam Vet who because of multiple injuries could be in constant pain. These absolutely help me with the discomforts associated with my ailments and injuries. One reviewer gave a poor review because of the 'smell' of this product but I personally feel the strength of the 'smell' goes hand in hand with the effectiveness of this product...no smell, no good, strong smell, good! I highly recommend this product for those who have the above issues. Despite the somewhat pricey cost of this product, for me, it's worth it hands down...and no, I'm not associated with this company nor have been offered any incentives to give a favorable review. Small in size. Easy to swallow. Have a coating on it. They do have a slight smell/ taste but nothing horrible

Works well but I had to stop taking it due to an allergic reaction. I believe it’s the serripeptase that I reacted to. I’m looking for a replacement for Wobenzym and this isn’t it!! I can take one pill a day but more than that I get an itchy, hive like rash.I was contacted by the seller and refunded my money. Kudos to them for excellent customer care!

I use Pure Encapsulations because they are a known company for clean supplements. Systemic enzymes helped me to heal after throat surgery. Pain management was also helpful with this supplement, but I was more interested in the healing properties as well. Easy on the stomach. No side effects. I could take with or without food.

I was diagnosed with a decent sized ovarian cyst (consumed my whole ovary). I was afraid of torsion and I had read that systemic enzymes can shrink cysts, so I gave it a try. I took 3 pills every day x 2 months. I had my repeat ultrasound 2 months after being diagnosed, and while the cyst is still there, the radiologist wrote that it had "significantly decreased in size"!! :) I also had restarted birth control pills (which is only suppose to stabilize, not shrink) and also was doing castor oil treatments with a heating pad 3-4 days a week. Hope this is helpful for someone else as well!

Pure Encapsulations Systemic Enzymes or Garden of Life Wobenzym N? I have taken both, and for me they both work at decreasing joint pain as well as decreasing inflammation. In terms of effects (decreasing pain and inflammation) and side effects (mild digestive upset) both were similar at 3 - 2x per day. But when using Subscribe and Save to purchase the 800 tablet bottles, the Wobenzym is more affordable per month. (I'm also not sure I want to take Serrazimes, as that's not natural to the human body.)
