My son likes it except for one thing...
My son was anxiously waiting for this toy and my opinion aside, he loves it. Our only issue is that we can’t figure out how to move the elevator, the orange lever on the left. We got it to go up but it’s stuck and won’t come back down. We can’t find any buttons or gadgets to dislodge it. And I’m glad it’s not huge because we’re running out of space and he likes it just as much as the humongous HQ.

A little disappointed
This is a decent product for the kids Christmas but it is missing the orange launch ball. My kids won’t notice that but it sure does bother me!!!
