Very good!
Much lower in sugar than their caramel version but yet seem to have the same sweetness..Also uses a non poly-sat oil (coconut) so no seed oils and has mcts + low sugar, but yet more filling than popcorn. So I can't fault it because their competitor brand, i think they are called plant pops also have poor seal so when you receive them they are ironically 'popped' and Stale ! But these are very well sealed and the coconut one has a good flavour. Ive tried caramel and salt flavour, salt is okay but the caramel one is weird I presume because they use jaggery instead of something better like PanelaThe coconut flavour uses coconut sugar which I think goes very well.Solid product.Only downside = Quite expensive per bag.. In fact I think by weight they are the most expensive snack you can get except for those organic baby carrot puff snacks which are just silly. But even if it's not a regular buy for you I would definitely recommend it. There are negatives to corn based snacks if you research online.
