Wonderful tea diffuser! Has revolutionized my hot tea drinking! Attractive device, large filter basket, generous hot tea capacity, retains heat well, perfect for placing on table for serving. Exactly what I needed, though I was unaware of its existence!

This mug is beautifully designed and very functional. The infuser works well for loose tea or fruit, and the insulation keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. It feels premium and seals tightly without leaking. Perfect for travel or daily use.

2026 Update: The mat texture of on the bottle is starting to peel. Its still usable and keeps my drinks insulated but it doesn't feel as nice to hold anymore. 2024 Initial Review: Bottle is good. It isolates well. There's a bit of heat dissipation near the cap (it feels warm there) but that's to be expected. Some other comments mentioned the large logo but it seems they've rebranded since then and the logo is much smaller now. Overall love the bottle for the price point and I bring coffee to work in it occasionally. The bottle does smell of coffee after doing that even after washing with dish soap, but if I scrub the cap and bottle with baking soda the smell goes away. There's a brown silicone ring within the cap you have to be sure to remove and wash under. The instructions don't mention anything about it but I remove it using a spoon and pry it off.

Keeps tea hot for HOURS like I left it overnight and woke up to find it still warm. Doesn’t leak and has a sleek finish to it. The water doesn’t flow down the tea basket as smoothly as a different one of mine. Kinda difficult to clean as it’s narrow and hand wash only. But exactly what I was looking for!

Nice concept and functionality. The tea insert is good quality and easy to clean with a toothbrush. The quality of the exterior is not the best. The colored surface is peeling after a few months and stains easily. I would buy again, but a stainless exterior might last longer. I would also get one larger than the 16.9 oz. Tea stays warm for several hours, however other brands maintain temperature longer.

This product was surprisingly good. I use it daily and have been happy with the product, quality and look.

I have a lot of thermos flasks and this is the best of the lot. Quality is very good, the filter sits very nicely in the flask when it clicks in. It's a good size, easy to put in the tote bag and bring it everywhere with you. Drinks remain hot for many hours. After buying one, I found it so good that I bought another 2 more to give as gifts. Except for the colour, the ones I have do not have the same design as that shown in the website, which I'm fine with. Highly recommended!
