Great camcorder for average user (i.e. my wife). Got it for her as a Christmas gift and she really enjoys using it as compared to our older Sony mini-DVD camcorder. The technology advance is clear and appreciated by her. Easy to use and set up.The kit from Focus Camera has a good balance of gear for us. The additional batteries and the multi-source charger is great as we often need more power when we travel to another grandson's sporting event. The disk and wallet for safekeeping are great. Tripods allow for versatile shooting. For our use, this was a great deal and right choice of support items.Camera arrived two days ahead of scheduled delivery date. Great value all around.

Just received my camera and I am really impressed. The Camera itself is so tiny and light. The picture quality is great and it's very user friendly. What wow'd me over was all the accessories that come with the camera. In total you receive 3 batteries and tons of other extra's. Everywhere I opened something new. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am a total novice when it comes to video cams..Setting up the camera was a bit tricky..very tiny toggle buttons. Once Everything was set, video taking was a breeze. Very satisfied with the quality of the video and the sound. Very lightweight. The camera (not the bag and accessories) Fits easily in my purse. Lots of accessories with the kit makes it a great starter kit.

Great camcorder, it is so easy to use, so small and lightweight, for someone who never used one before I love this one! It is a great deal, you get absolutely everything you could possibly need in this package, and I mean everything! We are so pleased with this purchase, it has been put to good use over the holidays and we cannot wait to capture many more memories on it, both videos and still pictures!

Video quality is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that caught me off guard was the amount of extra batteries. I thought this bundle came with only 2 batteries for the camera, and so I thought to order another pack for back ups for when I take a long trip. However, this comes with on battery packaged with the camera, and 2 spares. Dont mod understand, this is not a complaint, so now I have a total of 5 batteries and the life on them is amazing, I still haven't completely drained the first one.

This is a great bundle for someone new to making their own videos. I got it for my daughter and it comes with everything that you need to start your journey to movie making. The camcorder itself works really well. It is very small, it can fit in one hand, it is also very light, I was expecting something bulkier since I am apparently from the stone ages when camcorders were huge. This thing is small, which is good because it means that you can fit everything that you need in the little bag it comes with in this package.

I normally would never rate something so low, but thank Sony for that. Because of my experience with this product I will steer clear of all Sony products in the future. The camera works fine. It's a decent device. However, we purchased the device specifically with the intent to download video to PC. This device DOES NOT allow that. It says in the description that it does. That would be the case if Sony wasn't so sucky. But the fact is, their corresponding software for Windows that is supposed to allow you to play your vids on your PC will not download. The error states that it is a problem with the user's network. Bull S$%&. There are comments going back on Sony's 'support' page from 2015 regarding the difficulty user's have had with this and their inability to get any support from Sony on solving the issue. I have the same problem. Cannot download any software in order to play my movies, rendering the device useless to me in terms of what I wanted it for. I'm not sure how this issue affects Mac users but I would say if you have Windows, you are taking a gamble by getting this product if you specifically wanted it to be able to download and play on your PC.

I use it to shoot the halftime shows of the local high school marching band. Both the audio and video performance are great for such a small camera, with no noticeable lag in the auto focus when zooming and panning. Low light performance is OK- but the bright lights at the stadium probably don't help. Battery life is great, and I've yet to use the two extra batteries included in the kit. Although the description included a 64GB SD card, the kit came with a 64 GB Micro-SD- which is what the camera takes. Overall I'm quite satisfied for the price and would buy it again
