There was a shower leaking upstairs, by the time I noticed it there was mold on the sheetrock and beams. I sprayed this on it, waited an hour and the mold was gone. It also forms a protective seal over the area to prevent recurrence and return of mold. It had no smell, went on with a ZEP spray bottle and did the job quickly. Checkout the before and after shots to see how well it worked.

Good product if you are doing a deep clean and or getting rid of mold. I used a 2 gallon pump sprayer to clean the rafters in an un-finished portion of my basement. Easy to use and smell is tolerable. I did have to vent the area given the amount I sprayed. But just use your judgment.

Love the idea to be safe during our new lives we use in our home and work with RYOBI FOGGER from Home Depot.

We were experiencing high humidity and had an extensive mildew outbreak; this product knocked it down right away. We used it in a fumigator fogger initially and did touch up using a spray bottle. Would buy again!

Purchased this to sanitize during Covid-19. Use on bathroom and kitchen surfaces. The smell is very strong - could only use when windows could be opened, Used on my kitchen counters, and every time they get wet the smell comes back...if It wasnt for the pandemic I wouldn't use it again.
