Works as advertised and very bright

Put these down the side of my boat, they look great and are super bright.

the adhesive was weak or backing stuck to adhesive these lights will produce all the light you need . They are bright! They are easy to install. I recommend adding some adhesive as you install

For some reason I thought they would be brighter. That is not the fault of the LEDs.. but rather my expectations.. I was not really interested in the tape so I am not sure about the adhesion quality. The strip quality is very good. Rehash: I needed to circle back to this.. These are as bright as I thought they should be. My voltage drop was the issue, not the LED strip. Changing to 5 stars and the headline.

Most strip lights can be connected end-to-end to get a longer run. Not these. Something fails in the first strip, and the second section remains dark. If I move the power to that second strip, it works. So I had to rewire so to deliver power to the point between the two strips, effectively powering each of the strips individually. Adhesion is only so-so. This may be because the lights are outdoors and in full sun much of the day.

Purchased this to light up the stand to my reef tank. After just over a month, the adhesion to the aluminum stand began to give way... and after just over 2 months of minimal usage (maybe total 3 hours of "on" time), they are completely dead. I also noticed the connector got really hot when they were on for more than 5 minutes with a power supply capable of providing more than enough power, so it may be related -- poor quality connection at the barrel connector? Maybe... but that just means it is poorly made.

Used as a light under the awning on my RV. Very bright nice natural white color. This is actually a replacement for another brand that yellowed after 6 years of use. Hope this one lasts that long too. Added calk around strip to help keep the strip sealed and adhered for years to come.

Used a 33 LED strip of this I cut off to put inside of my cars grill. Product works as advertised. The two strips I've cut off so far had great luminosity and color. The weatherproofing is nice and the adhesion was better than I thought it would be. I did clean the area I applied it to before doing so, which might have made the difference in my case. I can definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add RGB lights to their projects.

Really nice colour nice and bright, but not a fan of the gel waterproof coating as it was a little tricky to get off, but once you get it started it comes off fairly easy, no instructions came with it so had to make the mistake of soldering through the gel to try and get it off. Do Not do this it is really stinky if you do most likely toxic. Also not great adhesion, ended up using super glue as the strips kept falling off.

These make my kitchen look very cosy. Easy to stick on. Love the little switch for turning on and off

I bought the waterproof “warm white” version of this but it’s more of a cool white than warm. I’m trying to match it to an existing set of warm white lights that have more of a warm yellow hue, but these lights were more “cold” white, that you’d expect in a shop or a hospital. Returning.
