Laptop is great. I have no problems with anything. I was worried that my game will not be running smooth but it is actually and I can play on a high resolution as well. Love it. But I'm upset about delivery. Sign was required - my parcel was left on the floor and driver didn't even bother to knock into my door. I received my parcel day after from my neighbor's who took parcel as it wasn't safe to be left on the floor.

Great product

Unusable!!
Within a week I had a issue with speakers/sound software. I had to manually install drivers. After a month, hinges broke and had to replace entire LCD with hinges which is one whole set!! And it took them close to two months to fix. Since the product was just a month old I claimed warranty. In the repair report I see they had replaced with couple of components which were BURNT!! "Just within a Month!! REALLY???" Now after 8 months of repair again the hinges are apart!! and out of warranty which costs me 299.41£ to replace whole set again. Even though i have handled this with extra care there were so many issues(Battery life is Poor!!) with the system. Pathetic DELL product. I wouldn't recommend this product. Waste of money!!

Works like a charm for two months
It has all the bells and whistles of a gaming laptop (the CPU is a tank), plus more (the fingerprint sensor included and the HDMI port is tied directly to the Nvidia GPU), plus what you expect from Dell. Update: Nvidia GPU died within the first two months of operation. Got refund under warranty.

Hinge not safe
The small hinge connecting screen to base is bad and opens up, i send it to dell and they fixed it once and its happening again now, not a good design. U cant close the laptop anymore.

Not a good gaming laptop
It isn't very powerful and constantly crashes. I get the blue screen regularly.

Hinge Broken
I normally do not leave reviews, I ignored the previous reviews about hinge issues when buying this laptop but just I used for 8 months and the hinge just snapped off while using the laptop. As many mentioned the laptop screen is connected by a single hinge mechanism just in the middle and this is very poorly made for a heavy laptop. this is a flaw in the design, hence I wouldn't recommend this model.

Choose another laptop
This laptop contains an app called 'smart byte' that will slow the internet speeds down to a snailspace (marginally better than dial up). Fine once removed, but I spent hours trying to find a solution to the slow speeds and even had my broadband providers send out an engineer to check the line. Embarrassing to find out it's the high end gaming laptop that's poo.
