natural way to fight midday cravings
I am not sure exactly how this works, but somehow when you breathe in this essential oil blend, it sends a message to your brain that you are no longer hungry. It is not a magic pill, but it will definitely help if you are trying to lose a few pounds before summer and are afraid of the harmful effects from taking diet pills. I noticed a slight boost of energy from using this product as well.

Si presenta come un semplice inalatore all'odore di cannella. Ma funziona egregiamente, calma l'attacco di fame e aiuta la volontà per cui lo consiglio senz'altro. Chi si aspetta che faccia sentire come dopo un'abbuffata di maccheroni, può passare direttamente ai maccheroni ma questo inalatore smorza non poco il senso di fame, quanto basta per evitare, con un minimo di volontà, incursioni priatesche nel frigorifero. Suggerisco anche di bere un abbondante bicchier d'acqua, è un ulteriore aiuto

I’m very familiar with Puressentiel so I was glad I found this cute inhaler on Amazon. It’s tiny so I may need another one soon. It arrived sealed and the best before date is Jan 2025 so no problem there. I’ve been using it for the last few days. 1) Does it work? I find that it helps with cravings which is exactly what clove and mandarin essential oils are supposed to do. You just need to grab the stick instead of grabbing whatever it is you’d like to snack on:) 2) Is the scent suitable for everyone? If you can’t stand the scent of cinnamon or clove then don’t buy it. Personally I love this cute little stick but I love all sorts of essential oils. All in all I’m happy with it, it’s a bit of “stress toy” really and definitely worth it.

Lo avevo già preso e non aveva avuto nessun effetto positivo, è stato assolutamente inutile. A distanza di circa 1 anno ho voluto provare nuovamente, confermata la prima opinione, non riduce per niente la voglia di mangiare, provato più giorni, la fame nervosa rimane, assolutamente inutile, almeno nel mio caso.

Mouais... Je ne sais pas d'ou sort l'efficacité de ce produit mais ça ne fonctionne pas du tout... Alors les gens pour qui ça fonctionne, je pense que la plupart ne sont pas sous traitement et ont juste besoin d'un petit coup de pouce placébo pour se dire de ne pas manger et ça les aide, car j'ai beau sentir ce truc et m'inciter a ne pas manger ça ne marche pas... Pour le prix je me disais qu'il y avait forcément une douille derrière...
