Really pleased with my handles, locks etc , only thing it didn’t say it had in pk was metal piece that goes onto door surround so ordered them separately, but they are included so returned the others next day

Good service from seller but poor delivery from courier
Good replacement handles though a little lightweight. Pack contains bathroom privacy lock, handles and door hinges. Easy to fit and working well when eventually received.. Delivery service poor, item left in neighbour's garden when they were on holiday with note through THEIR letter box. Website stated ,"handed to resident".!! Seller prompt with replies re whereabouts of item and in arranging a refund for item not received.

Excellent customer service. Nice handles, arrived without the hinges - but soon re-solved. After contacting seller Hinges were sent next day. You couldn't ask for more.
