Great and warm suit.
I have used a scuba jacket at the pool for over a year to survive the cold water. This is my first replacement suit; it is REMARKABLE. It is so much warmer, and I love the shorty style. The fit is good. I'm 5'4". This suit could accommodate someone up to 6 inches taller. It would be too long in the body for anyone much shorter than me.

Comfortable
I was dubious because some of the reviews were meh. But I followed the fitting chart and the suit does fit me really well! It is a little loose on the legs, but I have smaller legs! But it’s super comfortable, kept me really warm and is easy to put on and take off! I really like it. I’m 5’7” 180 pounds and got an XXL. I could have gotten an XL though.

Good fit, ergonomic, about 1/2 - 1" too loose in hips, but still works great
This wetsuit is easy to get on. One should buy a wetsuit to fit very snugly to keep warm and adjust it when ur in the water. It's very ergonomic as others have said. I like that the neck area is not too high or tight, closing the airway. It fit comfortably there. The 'sticky' knee area is very useful when kneeling. There is a nice long zipper pull which is easy to grab. Wrist area and ankle area are tight which is very good and has an extra bead of sealing. There is backing to the zipper which is good for insulation and prevents getting 'pinched' by it on the skin....most wetsuits have this. The chest was extra snug which I liked. Again the best thing about this suit is that it is very ergonomic. The one and ONLY thing I wasn't so excited about is that the hip size is about 1/2 - 1" too loose. Sizing down wouldn't fit. This was pretty true to size, but I would have preferred a little bit more snugness in the hips. I do recommend this suit. Again reminder for newbies: wetsuits should be a snug fit to keep warm in the water. I should be fine tuned adjusted IN THE WATER. Booties should also fit exactly with no toe room (different from sizing a regular shoe or sneaker). Gloves same. If you have major gaps in your suit fit, you won't be warm enough. How a wet suit works (as opposed to a dry suit) is that the water should come in (but not too much if you have gaps in your fit). The body warms the water and the suit helps with this. This is how a wet suit works. So in a wetsuit you are not out to be 'comfy' but snuggled very closely in all areas. Some people posted pics of themselves for this suit and I can see they have gaps and wrinkles in the suit where it is baggy. Wetsuits shouldn't fit like this. The price is good for this suit and the 3 mm is accurate. It also looks nice (other than a bit of 'paunch' in the hip and tummy area. Seams are good. Higher priced suits will have a bit more seam tape but if the stitching is good seamtape is more common with a dry suit. It feels light weight which makes it more comfy. So in all a minor detail wanting the hip area to be more snug, otherwise this is a great fitting suit for the price.

The most ergonomic wet suit I have ever owned
This wet suit is fantastic, I love the design. It is easy to get on and off. Only one leg goes into the suit when you put it on, then it zips up the other leg. I have been looking for something like this for a long time and I am glad I finally found it. I wear it when I ride my SeaDoo. If I am in the middle of the lake and I need to get out of the suit for just a minute (I'm not saying why), it just unzips down the front and down one leg, and then opens right up. I am 185 lbs and 5'10" tall, the x-large suit is roomy and works great for me. I don't need a suit to be skin tight. I never cared for suits that you have to put two legs into and then zip it up from the back. This traditional style might be good for skuba diving or something, but it never worked for me on my PWC. I wish I had found this design 20 years ago.

Shorty perfect size easy on & off
This is my first wetsuit 3mm shorty, my wife has owned several for diving and triathlons, we bought two one each with me ordering a large and extra large for fitting purposes, the XL was delayed a couple days. I ended up canceling the XL order as the Large fit great. My initial thoughts the stitching is ok we will see how long it lasts, great value for the money. Putting the suit on I was like wow that was easy. I zipped it up a bit and stepped into it, put arms in and zipped all the way up on the Large and it was a perfect fit at 5'7 180, 46.5" chest, 43" hips, 36" waist. My wife did the same, though she had extra material around her mid section as she is an athlete and athletic build but was fine with it and didn't affect the wetsuit performance in cold water. If you have a bit of a mid section these will fit you fine order to waist / chest size, I was between sizes L/XL and Large fit me well not too tight and with a long torso no compression from the suit on shoulders down. If you have an athletic build maybe consider a different brand as this seems to have a bit of extra material for mid section. We did our first dive in them at Sand Hollow State Park in Utah, air temp was 101 F surface water temp was 74 F, thermocline at ~30' deep was a cool 58 F, a bit colder at the bottom at 53' deep. Our longest dive was 41 minutes, we spent about 16 minutes below 30'. The wetsuit worked great kept our core warm, easy to swim / snorkel in. To take off, unzip and one leg steps out super easy. We did over 5 dives in two days and are super pleased with the wetsuit performance even at depth in some cold water. Everyone else was diving in a full 7mm wetsuit, we just laughed watching them pull, twist, turn trying to get them on or struggle swimming on the surface to the dive area. At least three people ordered these same wetsuits after watching us. We are looking forward to our cruise and diving the Caribbean in them.

Paid for a new suit and got a used one, but it fits well.
It is a bit difficult to get off once you have it on, and requires a bit of tugging to get everything into place once you get it on, but overall the suit fits well. I ordered the correct size according to the size chart and thankfully it fit perfectly. I would have given it five stars except I ordered a brand new suit and it arrived without tags, in a bag with a hole in it that was dirty, and with sand all over it, so it was clearly used.

Perfect for colder pools
My review is for a men’s Shorty Wetsuit, but for women’s full body. Same site, just different sizes. Let me tell you, this suit is fantastic! I used to snorkel in the Monterey Bay many decades ago and the wetsuits then always had an initial cold-shock and then it would warm up to downright hot. This has NO initial cold-shock. It was like I was walking into bathwater. It’s late September and the water is cool, not warm not freezing. But I wanted to try out the suit before it was too late. Amazing! My only problem was I’m 72 years old and I don’t have the arm strength that I used to have 40 years ago. So getting out of the suit was quite a trial. It took me about 12 minutes. In the future, I will sit outside and dry off a bit before I attempt to take it off. Getting out of it by pulling the sleeves straight down was impossible. I had to shimmy and yank from the back, and pull it off of my shoulders before I could roll it down my arms. Not to be terribly gross, but if you have to use the restroom, it’s not fun. On a positive note, the zipper length is great, it was easy to get on and I think the value for the money was great.I didn’t think it was terribly expensive. I really wanted to swim as long as I could before it got into the 50s. This does the job!
